Role & Responsibility:
- Provide support to students with SEN and behavioural challenges
- Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
- Offer one-on-one support to students as needed
Requirements:
- Strong experience working with SEN and behavioural difficulties
- Understanding of SEN and behaviour management techniques
- Must have a current DBS on the update service
- Right to work in the UK
- Background in teaching assistant, SEN, or youth work preferred
