Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a major group of companies based in the North West for a Group Operations Manager.
This is an extremely interesting role that will see the successful candidate become an integral part of this already extremely succesful group and will play a leading role in developing new ideas for starting further business ventures. The role will also include the responsibility of arranging all the set up for any new business integrated.
Working directly under the company's Directors, the successful applicant will be responsible for the successful implementation of assignments across the group, providing expert insights and ideas to grow both existing business interests, but also new business ideas and concepts. Working closely with all stake holders, including internal and external partners and business managers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a successful and entrepreneurial business owner, as he looks to expand his fast-growing portfolio.
You will govern and manage projects / programs through their full lifecycle, as well as delivering both business requirements and project governance controls.
Excellent communication skills are a must, and the ability to pivot and be agile to changing markets will be a key strength.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in project management OR Operations Management
- Candidate must drive and they will need to move between sites
- Experience in sales and marketing
- An eye for detail and organisation
The role is full time, office based. Home office is located in St Helens, with sites across the Northwest and Merseyside.
