Page Group are delighted to be working on the appointment of a Data Analyst to join a leading business based on the outskirts of Leeds. This is an important role that will work cross functionally across varying departments
Description
- Collate, analyse and interpret KPI performance data from various sources
- In depth analysis of repairs, serving and faults data, understanding the financial impacts to the business
- Understand profitability vs service cost, to help support sales decision making
- Create reports on service performance, using multiple sources to create insight
- Understand common data trends and feedback to key stakeholders
- Undertake root cause analysis on repairs, breakdown and servicing and provide recommendations / insight to key stakeholders
Profile
- Excellent knowledge of Excel - V-look ups & pivot tables
- SQL (Desirable)
- Ability to understand and interpret volume data
- Strong attention to details
- Degree Educated (mandatory)
- Ability to create recommendations from interpreting data
- Logical, methodical and process driven mindset
