Business Analyst, this new permanent career opportunity is for an experienced BA who can demonstrate at least 3 years of previous, relevant experience. This is a full-time, permanent salaried role which offers an annual salary of up to £45,000 plus a range of highly attractive employee benefits and incentives. Based In Swindon, working Monday to Friday, this exciting BA role is available immediately.
Your key focus areas will include the sourcing, gathering, interpreting, and documenting of a range of current business trends, and producing reports and information that is used across the wider business. Ideally suited to a candidate who really understands business processes, the data architecture and the necessary information required when analysing a range of data and business procedures.
As a Business Analyst, you will meet with key stakeholders to better understand the direction of the business, focusing on key business objectives against the required information used when looking to review current business expectations versus future business levels.
You will have a natural ability to create and understand business flow charts and process maps, defining the mapping process whilst working with a range of systems, transformation projects and wider information. An advanced working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Word is required to create and generate highly complex information used at senior management meetings.
The ability to work with and understand DevOps, combined with ITIL, Value Stream and SWOT analysis is key to the success of this role, therefore previous experience is essential.
