Location of Work: Leeds
The Company: Medium to large sized business based in the North East specialising within the Fire and Security Industry, providing solutions to commercial, public and the residential market. Due to expansion they are on the lookout for Project Managers.
Package:
£40,000 - £45,000 basic
25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays

Main Responsibilities:
3+ years' experience working with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control & CCTV
Managing multiple Fire and Security projects
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Performance management within the Fire and Security Industry
Meeting with clients for detailed ordering briefs and comprehensive project plans
Resolve systemic issues providing short, medium and long-term solutions
Managing payment application processes
Day to day management of subcontractors and commissioning teams
Knowledge and experience:
3+ years' experience working with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control & CCTV
Proven track record in project management in the Fire and Security Industry
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking a must
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification would be advantageous
