With no limits to their success, they already supply retailers like Ocado and partner with many well-known popular brands. On top of that, they have plans to open a shop and continue growing their business in numerous exciting ways.
In this diverse role, you'll take the lead in managing a small, dedicated team while overseeing all aspects of production. Your responsibilities will include developing new and innovative recipes, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring that stock is ordered and managed efficiently. You'll also play a key role in sourcing new suppliers, conducting stock checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This Monday-to-Friday position offers 10-hour shifts with a later start on Fridays, providing a balanced and fulfilling workweek.
This role is suited to a Food Production Manager who is looking to progress and be part of an independent SME in a varied role.
The Role:
- Oversee the general management of a small production team.
- Develop new recipes and ensure quality production.
- Manage stock, including ordering, taking inventory, and sourcing new suppliers.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
