Rate £19.00ph - £41.50ph
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work with one of our National Clients and one of the UK's leading integrated postal operators, delivering and collecting mail items and parcels throughout the UK.
Driver duties and responsibilities:
Driving a Class I vehicle, following a planned route from the Clients site in Norwich to customers and other depots across the UK, transporting mail items and parcels, whilst maintaining high integrity standards and demonstrating a friendly customer service.
Driver requirements and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience and MUST have driven Class 1 for at least 6 months in the last 2 years
- You MUST in possession of a HGV Class 1 (C+E) license, Driver CPC & DIGI Cards
- Motoring convictions starting with the code SP for speeding offences are acceptable, up to a max. of 6 points. NB: no other endorsements / convictions are acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years checkable work history
- Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, Upbeat, self-motivated and resilient - are welcomed in this role.
- Able to work on tight schedule whilst maintaining high safety standards throughout.
