Recruitment Area Manager

  • Annual Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (negotiable) plus bonus, commission and a car allowance
  • Location: Bournemouth
  • Job Type: Full-time (we offer hybrid working up to 1-2 days WFH after a period of training)

Are you ready to lead our dynamic team in Bournemouth? We specialise in business support, accountancy & finance, and legal recruitment across the local area. This exciting role offers tremendous growth potential and the chance to expand our team. Currently, we have 4 Consultants with varying levels of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, by running your own desk and supporting consultants in winning business and filling job positions.
  • Manage your division with full P&L control.
  • Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs that drive growth.
  • Cultivate new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Consistently manage and enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accountancy & finance recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Excellent business acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Adept at setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
