Your new company
This construction organisation in London is recruiting for a Project Administrator to join their team on a short-term temporary basis. This role is a 4-6-week temporary role and is available for candidates who can start at the end of August/early September. The role is Monday-Friday from 9:00-16:00 with WFH flexibility available.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to assist with administration throughout a system migration project. Duties for this role will include:
- Review and rename all documents in accordance with the Company's naming conventions.
- Ensure all renamed documents are accurately uploaded to the system.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all documents are correctly named and uploaded.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient handling of documents.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Proven experience in an administration role with the ability to work on repetitive tasks.
- Technical proficiency in multiple software programs, including the MS Office Suite and Workday.
- Highly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Can-do, flexible attitude coupled with a high work ethic and the ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
