Care Supervisor

Do you want to work for a CQC rated "Outstanding" care provider that look after their staff and clients extremely well?

This is more than a Field Care Supervisor position as you will be responsible for new client interactions, that includes marketing and business development.

You will not be used as an extra care worker and it will be very rare that you will have to roll your sleeves up to deliver hands on care.

All applicants must have a driving license and access to thier own vehicle.

The job role:

  • Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision
  • Have an eye for Quality at all times
  • Be responsible for a team of field-based carers who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all calls are covered and attended
  • Carry out care plans, supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with the carers.
  • Take the lead on marketing and developing the care services
  • Related Admin
  • Support the recruitment processes

Qualities which are useful:

  • Previous staff supervising experience - this could be in a Senior Carer, Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator or even a Care Manager looking for somehting a bit different!
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Minimum of a level 2 in Health & Social Care
  • The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; we believe this will be in the region of £26,000 - £32,000 incl benefits.
