Are you looking for a new challenge as a Trainee Sales Negotiator within an award winning, multi office, independent Estate Agent? Our client is looking for a dynamic Trainee Sales Negotiator to work across their two offices in Chalfont St Giles and Chalfont St Peters.

The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You are ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for their first role in the property industry.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £18,000
  • OTE £27,500 to £29,500 Depending on experience
  • Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm working 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Working 3 days a week in the Chalfont St Peters branch, and 2 days a week in the Chalfont St Giles branch
  • Structured career progression plan

Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous property experience not essential
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
