Property Project Manager

6 Month fixed term contract

Remote working but must be able to attend meetings at the Leamington office.

To Project Manage the relocation 3 / 4 sites.

Key responsibilities

  • To ensure the delivery of effective and best value services within delegated budgets.
  • To identify and plan Estates and Facilities needs
  • To identify potential property opportunities and ensure appropriate property and equipment maintenance, Health and safety and Environmental standards are applied to all sites.
  • To ensure competitive quotations are obtained and contracts awarded taking account of value for money, quality, urgency and minimising disruption to service delivery.
  • To systematically and regularly review current and potential contractors & suppliers to ensure our client receives the best value for maintenance and supply plant, equipment and services
  • To lead and co-ordinate the production of detailed design and tender documentation to the needs of the organisation and ensure appropriate tenders are obtained giving due consideration to achieving value for money and avoidance of fraud.
  • To negotiate on all property matters for our client new or renewal of lease and rent reviews.
  • To ensure property searches are effectively managed and co-ordinated to support geographic or service expansion.
  • To ensure supply of utility services are effectively and efficiently managed.

Qualifications and Experience required

  • A Levels, degree desirable, RICS desirable
  • proven record of project management experience in estates and facilities,
  • Experience of managing significant property budget and approving payments
  • Experience of negotiating new leases
  • Experience managing external contractors to achieve deliverables and targets and provide value for money
  • Driving licence and happy to travel to various sites.
