Salary £30,000 + Free parking
5 Day week - Monday to Friday: 9am -6pm
Our client is currently searching for a dynamic Property Manager, to join a successful team based in Morden managing a portfolio of properties, you will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the same role. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for amazing customer service.

The successful candidate:
- Must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
- Previous Property Management experience is essential a minimum of 1 year.
- Will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- ARLA qualification preferred
- Experience using Jupix software exp.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality
- Must be a Driver with a full, clean UK Licence.
- Basic knowledge of heating and hot weather, plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong communication skills
