Reed Business Support are partnering with a rapidly growing company based in Sheffield, known for delivering outstanding services to their clients. They are seeking a personable and professional receptionist to become the welcoming face of their organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Customer service orientation.
