HR Manager:

Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- Experience in managing teams and maintaining HR systems
- Ability to train and support staff in the use of HR systems
- Good understanding of HR processes and data compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to liaise with suppliers
