Main Responsibilities as a Process Improvement Expert
- Be responsible for the design and redesign of some customer journeys and end-to-end processes to support enhanced customer experience, growth, efficiency, and current strategic goals.
- Get insights from customer research and market analysis, understand current challenges, and pain points and identify great ideas and innovations to help us define customer journeys.
- Help adapt, improve, and document processes for new markets.
Experience & Skills Required
- Analysis and (re)design of customer journeys
- Business model and process mapping
- Process improvement from a customer experience and efficiency perspective.
- Designing new end to end processes.
- Lean/Six sigma
- Agile delivery experience
- Insurance experience would be great!
