A global engineering, management, and development consultancy in Manchester is looking to add a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing the pre-contract tender process, from assessment and queries to contract award recommendations. Ensure robust, risk-inclusive estimates, oversee procurement strategies, and administer contracts with precision, handling communications, payments, and programme submissions.
Delivering services to projects up to £60m, covering Programme Management, Project Management, Project Controls, Cost Management, Estimating, Infrastructure Finance, Management Consulting, and more.
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a varied portfolio of projects across the Residential, Mixed Use, Commercial, Retail, Health and Heritage sectors.
Own accurate commercial reporting, proactively manage project risks, and build strong client relationships. Additionally, you'll support internal business development initiatives. If you're seeking a challenging role with significant growth potential, we want to hear from you!
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Proven track record managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent pre & post contract experience
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
