About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers
- Manage the behaviour of students in line with school policies
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure that students remain focused and engaged
- Provide support to students with their learning and ensure a positive classroom environment
- Follow school procedures for reporting student progress and incidents
- Contribute to the wider school community and help maintain a safe and inclusive environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent Welsh speakers with a passion for education and supporting young people
- Individuals with experience in youth work, coaching, or other relevant fields that demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school environments
- Reliable and punctual individuals who can commit to short-term and long-term placements
- Candidates must have a clear Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with the application process)
