Senior Manager, Category Strategy Based in Uxbridge, with hybrid working available **£competitive salary + Bonus OTE 10%, benefit car (EV options) or £8600 car allowance, competitive DC pension; sharescheme option and lots of other flex benefit options.**Are you ready to elevate your commercial and category management experience to new heights? Do you have previous senior category management strategy experience in the FMCG industry? As the Senior Manager for Category Strategy, you will play a crucial role in building a world-class category capability and strategy within the GB CCEP commercial organisation across all GB environments. Leveraging the scale of our portfolio of brands, shopper research, and consumer insights, you will help CCEP maintain their leadership position in the category with our customers. Working closely with the Director of Category Development, you will hold a senior strategic role and manage a small team. Your responsibilities will include partnering with external franchisors and customers, as well as internal teams in Commercial Development and Key Accounts. By fostering these partnerships, you will drive growth through a category-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Develop a 3+ year roadmap for CCEP Category Strategy.- Identify white space opportunities across Home & Away from Home customers.- Deploy and tailor Category Vision with customers during Annual Business Planning.- Translate shopper and consumer insights into Channel Strategies.- Define the CCEP Category focus areas and the tools required to build capability.- Support Field Sales deployment of Commercial Strategy with relevant content and capability upskilling.- Build a culture of capability acceleration and best practice sharing across the CCEP system and markets. If you have this experience we would love you to apply: Broad experience in senior commercial and strategic category development roles within FMCG Excellent knowledge of the GB market and category.- Strong analytical skills, with in-depth knowledge of Nielsen, CGA, Kantar, and other leading data providers.- Drive for innovation and change, always seeking to achieve the next level of Category Development.- Strong listening skills and the ability to build cross-business and country connections.- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.- Demonstrated passion, ownership, and resilience for growing the category.- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
