Sales Order Processor
to join their dynamic team in Chessington. Recognised for their commitment to excellence, this company offers a vibrant and energetic work environment where individuals can prosper and grow professionally.
Please note this is an office-based role & own transport is essential due to their location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and manage deliveries from the warehouse to customers to ensure a seamless process.
- Handle shipping documentation and invoices.
- Maintain spreadsheets for stock levels and forecasted sales.
- Issue official quotations for products.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and factories regarding orders, sales, rescheduling, and pricing.
The Person:
- Previous sales administration experience essential.
- Knowledge of the SAGE CRM system is highly desirable.
- Experience with overseas export shipping preferred.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
