We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded

Store Manager

to take charge of a successful self-storage site in Erdington. This is a fantastic opportunity to run your own site, lead a small team, and make a real impact in a business that values initiative and drive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and coaching a team of 4 to deliver top-tier customer service
  • Driving store performance to meet and exceed sales and occupancy targets
  • Leading local marketing efforts to grow the customer base
  • Maintaining high standards in store presentation, safety and compliance
  • Handling rotas and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting on performance
  • Creating a positive, high-energy work environment
  • Ensuring all weekend shifts are fairly rotated and covered

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership experience in sales, retail or operational settings
  • Strong commercial acumen and drive to hit targets
  • Confident decision-maker who leads by example
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and adapt
  • Passionate about customer experience and operational excellence
  • Comfortable working occasional weekends as part of a rota
