Salary: £85 to £120 per day

**Your Role

As an Aspiring English Teacher, you'll work closely with students, supporting their engagement with English literature and language. Whether in a support role as an LSA, TA, or Cover Supervisor, you'll develop your teaching skills while making a real difference in students' learning journeys.

This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates in English or related disciplines who are eager to kick-start a career in education.

**The Pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

This role is designed as a stepping stone toward becoming a fully qualified teacher. After gaining vital classroom experience, you'll have the opportunity to join a School-Centered Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) program. Through SCITT, you can work towards earning your Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while continuing to develop in a supportive school environment.
