?? Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with audits for larger clients and take the lead on smaller audits.
- Prepare statutory accounts for companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Draft corporation tax returns and work with the Tax team on XBRL tagged accounts.
- Supervise and review the work of junior staff, providing guidance and support.
- Manage time effectively to ensure audit projects are completed within budget.
??? Qualifications and Skills:
- Studying ACA or ACCA, or AAT qualified and pursuing ACA/ACCA.
- Experience in practice with double entry bookkeeping skills.
- Basic tax knowledge and familiarity with Sage, Excel, Word (CaseWare is a plus).
- Previous experience supervising junior staff (6-12 months preferred).
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and strong communication skills.
- Organized, client-focused, and commercially aware.
