A varied and interesting role has arisen for Payroll Administrator role in Wisbech, working with a highly successful business.

9am-5pm

On site

The role:

  • Monthly Payroll processing
  • Purchasing ledger maintenance - processing invoices against purchase orders and nominal codes
  • Timesheet allocation
  • Training Coordination
  • Assist in maintaining registers and documentation for accreditation's
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Fielding calls
  • Monitor inbound emails and queries

Skills required:

  • Attention to detail
  • A team player but also has the initiative to work on your own
  • Ability to prioritise their workload alongside the Financial Controller
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
