9am-5pm

The role:
- Monthly Payroll processing
- Purchasing ledger maintenance - processing invoices against purchase orders and nominal codes
- Timesheet allocation
- Training Coordination
- Assist in maintaining registers and documentation for accreditation's
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Fielding calls
- Monitor inbound emails and queries
Skills required:
- Attention to detail
- A team player but also has the initiative to work on your own
- Ability to prioritise their workload alongside the Financial Controller
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
