Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Administrator to join their Birmingham-based team. This is a crucial role supporting project operations and administrative needs to ensure smooth project workflows and accurate documentation. Ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking and Updates:

  • Set up and maintain project trackers to provide real-time project updates.

  • Review and organize incoming project records effectively.

  • Document Preparation and Control:

  • Prepare and distribute client documents with attention to detail and document control standards.

  • Support internal and external communications, manage inboxes, and handle employee policies.

  • Administrative and Organizational Support:

  • Attend project meetings, distribute minutes, and track action items.

  • Provide general administrative support across the project, adapting as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a project support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
