Senior HR Business Partner
We are currently recruiting for one of the largest Broadcast Companies in London, for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team on an interim basis, on a day rate. The initial contract will be 3 months but there may be a chance to extend!
The role:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders on people challenges from Complex ER to Succession Planning and talent.
- Acting as an employment law specialist, with the support of HR shared service team
- Supporting the contingent worker and freelancer population, and supporting IR35 related matters.
- Supporting from a flexible HR Generalist capacity and supporting on varied people projects
Must have:
- Experience working with Freelancers or Contingent workers
- Understanding of IR35 regulations
- Experience working alongside a HR Shared Service function.
- Ability to start on 1 or 2 weeks notice
- This role is Inside IR35 so please only apply if you're not looking to be paid through your Limited Company
