Day to Day Duties
As a HR Manager your role will include:
- Managing relations with operational flexible labour provider:
- Budget management and reporting
- Colleague support and well-being
- Payroll, rewards and benefits
- Maximising potential through training and development
- Maintaining positive employee relations (ER)
- Recruitment
- Driving improvements and supporting change
Essential Skills
As a HR Manager it is essential that you:
- Have experience managing a HR function
- CIPD Qualified
- Very Strong Communication skills
- Value confidentiality
Desirable Experience
It would be desirable as a HR manager if you:-
- Have experience working within the manufacturing industry
- Can start as soon as possible
