Description
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting reviews of existing ones.
- Communicating with customers in German and English.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on collection activities.
- Working to tight deadlines to achieve collection targets.
- Liaising with the sales and customer service teams to resolve outstanding queries.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and best practices.
- Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management.
Profile
A successful German Speaking Credit Controller should have:
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
- Solid understanding of credit control processes and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
