Group FP&A Manager required for a fast growth Tech company based in London!
£90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus and Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for an person to join an entrepreneurial, hyperscale tech business that is on the front line of creating high-performing solutions to their customers, globally. They have an aggressive growth plan and you will play a pivotal role in the commercial finance team with a focus on ensuring accurate month-end close, presenting P&L reports, driving strategic decisions, managing budgets, developing KPI dashboards, and supporting ERP implementations as well as partnering with the Executive team. You will also be a key player in enhancing processes and setting out best practice for colleagues.
To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience with PowerBI would be desirable but not essential
- Brilliant interpersonal skills
- Hands on approach
- Strong excel and systems skills
A little more information about the role:
- To be responsible for the FP&A function within the organisation
- Ownership of the forecasting and budgeting process for the business
- Providing the business with analysis and guidance and support that will aid strategic decision making
- To own the cost base for the organisation, and partnering with the cost centre owners, challenging them were necessary
- Making sure that the month end process is as accurate and efficient as possible
- Supporting with continuous improvements across the finance team and wider business as well as being involved with system implementations
