The opportunity:
Our IT Service Desk operates 24/7, providing global support to employees across various regions. With teams based in both the UK and US, we ensure round-the-clock IT assistance. Due to continued growth and investment, we're expanding our team in Leeds and looking for an additional 1st line support analyst.

What you'll be doing:
This role involves providing 1st line support across various channels, including phone, ITSM tool requests, and in-office walk-ups. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues. You'll also maintain records in the Service Management ticketing system and follow procedures for efficient issue resolution.

Above all, you'll be contributing to the customer-focused culture that our client is known for.

Our must-haves:

  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills.
  • Strong motivation to contribute to a best-in-class service desk.
  • Some experience in a similar role is ideal, though we are open to candidates looking to start their IT career.
  • ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
