Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator role involves taking inbound/making outbound calls to clients, acting as first point of contact for enquiries and assisting with general administrative functions.

This role requires a candidate available for an immediate start

  • Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 DOE
  • 37.5 hours | Mon - Fri
  • Office based

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls/making outbound calls and updating the in-house database
  • Effectively managing customer queries
  • Monitoring and managing the in-house email inbox
  • Arranging documents and reports on behalf of the wider team
  • Sending daily schedules to other staff members
  • Assisting with general administrative duties including document control and filing

Customer Service Administrator skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Competent telephone manner, proactive with the ability to forge excellent working relationships with customers
