Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator role involves taking inbound/making outbound calls to clients, acting as first point of contact for enquiries and assisting with general administrative functions.
This role requires a candidate available for an immediate start
- Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 DOE
- 37.5 hours | Mon - Fri
- Office based
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls/making outbound calls and updating the in-house database
- Effectively managing customer queries
- Monitoring and managing the in-house email inbox
- Arranging documents and reports on behalf of the wider team
- Sending daily schedules to other staff members
- Assisting with general administrative duties including document control and filing
Customer Service Administrator skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
- Competent telephone manner, proactive with the ability to forge excellent working relationships with customers
