Role: Early Years Teacher
Location: Kettering
Contract: Full Time, Long Term
Pay: £150 - £250 per day
Start Date: January 2025
We are currently working with a primary school based around Kettering, supporting them recruit a full time Early Years teacher to start from January 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons that engage and inspire young learners.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes play-based learning.
- Assess and track children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, providing regular updates on progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching resources and ideas.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications:
o A recognised Early Years teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, EYTS, or equivalent).
- Skills and Experience:
o Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
o A creative, enthusiastic, and caring approach to teaching and learning.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
o Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the life of the school.
o A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive difference.
