One of the most exclusive hotels in the Truro area is presently seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join their dedicated Front Desk team, either on a Full or Part-Time basis.
Working with friendly and supportive colleagues, your role will be varied and interesting and see you dealing with a wide variety of guests and visitors, so no day will ever be the same!
You will be one of the first points of contact for arriving guests and visitors, taking incoming calls for hotel and restaurant reservations, updating the electronic booking systems, registering and checking guests in and out, dealing with gust queries and helping visitors have an enjoyable experience.
The hotel would love to hear from well-presented, professional Front Desk / Hotel Receptionists (with at least 1 year's experience) who are interested in taking up a new opportunity with this very popular establishment. The role will suit enthusiastic self-starters who are happy working independently or as part of a team.
If you are keen to know more about the opportunity, can be flexible as to your working week (the shifts are 6.30am to 2.00pm, 2.00pm to 10.30pm and 11.00am to 5.00pm) and really enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you!
