Human Resources Officer - High Wycombe upto £35,000per annum plus benefits.
We are working with a hugely respected employer within the town who are looking for an experienced CIPD Level 3 qualified HR Professional to join their team.
This is a 100% office based position - Hybrid or remote working is not offered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, payroll, contracts and benefits.
- Being the first port of call for any HR related queries from the teams.
- Responsible for all on boarding and recruitment.
- Maintaining the HR systems.
- Providing senior leaders with up to date reports on data.
- Supporting line managers on grievances, disciplinaries and Dismissals.
- Supporting the Learning and Development team with initiatives.
- Managing reward and benefits scheme
Candidate requirements are:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified.
- Experience within an HR Function.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Good all-round knowledge of computer packages.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills
