Job Title: Group Financial Controller

Our client, a high growth, PE-backed company at the forefront of technological innovation, is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving financial strategy and maintaining strong financial controls to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and FRS 102
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis
- Manage financial risk and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Overseeing all financial operations and accounting activities.
- Developing and implementing robust financial controls and procedures.
- Preparing timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Collaborating with other departments to drive financial performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification
- Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role
