Posted by Goodman Jones LLP.

You just can't quite put your finger on it...

You're not progressing enough, your clients aren't challenging anymore, you're not feeling valued by senior staff, and your work-life balance is non-existent.

Oh, and time sheets?

They're driving you crazy.

We can't help with the time sheets, but we've got you covered on everything else.

You'd be joining a well-established, top-tier, 13-partner firm with over 90 professionals, nestled in London's Fitzrovia. Who've been delivering exceptional service since 1934. As as our audit offering continues to grow, so does our team. This is where you come in, after recruiting additional Managers to support the Audit Partners, we are now ready for 2 **Audit Supervisors(Seniors)**to join the team, bringing the number of Supervisors to seven.

What does the role look like?

You'll be joining the largest team at Goodman Jones LL, our 35-strong Audit team, where?80% of your focus will be on audits. You'll handle engagements for a variety of clients, including UK owner-managed businesses, charities, startups, and international subsidiaries, with turnovers ranging from a few hundred thousand to £100m+. The remaining? 20% of your time ?will involve preparing accounts and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP. You'll also continue your mentoring and supervisory work, helping our junior auditors develop while building strong client relationships—all alongside a friendly, motivated team.

Why Choose Goodman Jones LLP?

We're a firm that blends professionalism with a personable approach. You'll work in a team that values?collaboration?and?personal growth. Plus, we offer?flexibility—our hybrid working policy allows for?3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Our standard workweek is?35 hours, and we keep things flexible to fit your schedule.

We know it sounds like a cliché, but this really is an exciting time to become a part of Goodman Jones LLP. We're preparing for an office move this autumn (just around the corner to a modern, open-plan, loft-style space), launching a new careers section on our website, and expanding our People Team to support the growth and development of everyone in the firm.

Many of our Partners joined us as ambitious Seniors, Supervisors, or Managers—internal promotion and progression is something we are deeply passionate about. Feel free to check out our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, for more info on this.
