HR Manager

As HR Manager, you will be accountable for all people-related processes and will be required to demonstrate exemplary leadership standards and skills and act with integrity at all times.
As well as leading the HR team (with 1 direct report), you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, shaping a positive work culture by championing our values.
This role can be available on a full or part-time basis, with considerations for 3,4 or 5 days per week or compressed hours.
