Head of Retail Job in Sheffield

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop your own strategic channel plan to gain listings in the grocers and discount retailers
- Going through the tender process with retailers and gaining new listings for the products
- Building up strong and valuable retailer relationships
- Developing promotional plans
- Collaborating with buyers to agree JBPs and manage these
- Full P&L ownership of your retail channel
Minimum Experience:
- Gaining distribution of new brands and products in UK retail specifically Grocers, H&B, Discounters & Convenience
- Developing commercial P&Ls
- Managing customer relationships and JBPs
- Analysing sales data
- Working in complex categories
