Role Details - Finance Business Partner
We are looking for a proactive Finance Business Partner to join an excellent business based in East Staffordshire on a permanent basis. You will be working for an excellent hiring manager with a history of developing members of their team.
Role responsibilities of Finance Business Partner
- Develop and manage budgets, analyse drivers and challenge stakeholders
- Foster relationships with senior management, providing support and analysis for the business
- Work with regional leadership and their teams, with a focus on value addition
- Closely monitor and examine cost lines, identifying opportunities and analysing risk
- Advise the wider finance function, bringing best practice to improve and change the processes and workstreams around you
Skills required of the Finance Business Partner
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) with 1-3 years PQE
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively on your own and with a team
- Great communication skills
