Job Role

We are looking for experienced primary school teachers who can deliver excellent classroom practice and adapt flexibly to changing priorities. You will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom practice
  • Exercise flexibility in order to accommodate changes in work priorities
  • Provide contingencies to deal with the unexpected
  • Balance tasks and resources in the organisation of a wide range of activities
  • Think clearly and logically in working through problems, making referrals as appropriate
  • Anticipate workload and plan ahead
  • Monitor progress against key performance indicators
  • Show an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate awareness of the needs of children with a variety of needs
