My client is an effortlessly cool and prestigious hair brand in London, expanding their business with a new, larger salon opening later in the year and we're looking for a charismatic and dedicated Area Salon Manager to lead their team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Take over the current two salons and then work with the directors to open the new bigger salon by the end of the year, ensuring seamless operations across all locations.
- Team Management: Supervise a large team, including 40+_ staff in the current salons and 20+ new hires. Conduct appraisals, manage wellness issues, and ensure everyone feels valued.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, oversee stock ordering and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, remember clients' preferences, being a welcoming and vital energy within all salons and ensure every visit is a luxurious experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5-8 years in management within the service or hospitality industry, ideally with a background in hairdressing but this is not essential.
- Leadership Style: Approachable yet authoritative, with the ability to manage with a friendly but firm hand. You should be able to handle tricky situations with grace and ensure a harmonious team dynamic.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in both customer service and salon presentation and ensure any problems are dealt with swiftly and smoothly.
- Rapport: Able to build rapport with clients and members of your team
- Commitment: A full-time role with availability to handle urgent issues out of hours. You must be self-motivated, driven with high standards.
