We're looking to recruit a Talent Specialist to join our RPO team and support our high-volume recruitment service for a key client, The Royal Mail!

Joining the Royal Mail team, you will be supporting the recruitment of high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles throughout the year.

Our client (Royal Mail) is responsible for making sure every single letter and parcel reaches the right person as soon as possible. Posties collect the day's deliveries from the sorting office and head out to deliver it to the community, whilst their sorting teams continue to process mail arriving from around the country.

Wha t's a Talent Specialist?

A Talent Specilaist is an entry-level recruitment role giving you an insight into the fast-paced world of recruitment.

You'll be:

  • Working on attraction to generate the required application levels for the client's recruitment needs
  • Liaising with hiring managers and identifying requirements
  • Following processes and procedures to ensure applications are accurately managed
  • Supporting candidates through the process, from application to offer
  • Managing interview processes on behalf of the client
  • Handling client and candidate queries

What are we looking for?

Whilst no recruitment experience is required, we're particular keen to speak to candidates with transferable skills and experience from similar areas including:

  • Customer service - in person, over the phone, and via email!
  • Sales
  • KPI and target driven environments
  • Process orientated environments

It's also essential that you:

  • Are confident communicating over the phone
  • Can demonstrate a high standard of attention to detail
  • Have a good level of IT literacy
  • Are confident working in a team
  • Are confident learning new processes and systems
