Standard Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst(Asbestos Consultant):
- BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualifications are mandatory for all candidates.
- Demonstrated industry expertise in asbestos surveying and air monitoring.
- The more experience is always better but my client is open to guiding and growing the skills you already have to fit the role.
- Proficient in air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal management.
- Thorough knowledge of UK asbestos legislation.
- Competent in IT skills and experience with TEAMS systems.
Key Responsibilities for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst/Asbestos Consultant:
- Assess Asbestos removal, detect debris and ensure continuous compliance with HSG 247 clearance tests.
- Manage specific client accounts and communicate effectively with clients and line managers for site operations.
- Process samples efficiently and generate timely final reports.
- Proactively engage in professional development through monthly toolbox talks and mandatory training sessions.
- Aid in the training of less experienced team members.
