The Payroll Admin role is integral to the smooth running of our client's accounting and finance department. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes, providing an essential service to the entire team.

Description

  • Manage and process payroll in a timely manner
  • Distribution of P45's
  • Collation of new starter P46's
  • Respond to payroll queries from staff.
  • Work with HR to ensure new starters and leavers are processed correctly.
  • Carry out any additional administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Admin should have:

  • A strong background in payroll processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office suite.
