IT Support Analyst (2nd Line)

We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading national organisation as an IT Support Analyst. As an IT Support Analyst, you have the chance to join an IT Support team during a huge period of growth and digital transformation. The right candidate will have a fantastic customer service skills as well as strong technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues escalated from the 1st Line support team.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
- Document issues, solutions, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with 3rd Line support and other IT teams to resolve complex problems.
- Undertake a variety of exciting IT projects
- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
