We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading national organisation as an IT Support Analyst. As an IT Support Analyst, you have the chance to join an IT Support team during a huge period of growth and digital transformation. The right candidate will have a fantastic customer service skills as well as strong technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues escalated from the 1st Line support team.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
  • Document issues, solutions, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with 3rd Line support and other IT teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Undertake a variety of exciting IT projects
  • Conduct regular system updates and maintenance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
