Facilities Manager

£40,000 – £44,000 - plus car/car allowance
We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our leading Facility Management clients. The role is based in Surrey with a salary between £40,000 - £44,000 plus car/car allowance.
Responsibilities for a Facility Manager
- Deliver a seamless customer service
- Managing maintenance service covering Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, Mechanical / AC service streams
- Initiating and leading tasks and processes
- Managing subcontractor performance
- Support the Account Manager in developing strategies
- Ensure correct procedures are being followed
- Develop management resource plans
- Ensure CAFM systems are in place for all planned and reactive works
- Make sure client's budgets are maintained
- Early identification of projects risks
Requirements for Facility Manager
- Demonstrate high level of Operational and Commercial knowledge
- Strong Knowledge of building systems, construction and maintenance practices
- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering or Business Administration – equivalent work experience considered
- Facility Manager or similar managerial role
- CAFM experience
- Budget management and financial analysis
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Health and Safety regulations, sustainability practices and building codes knowledge
- Security clearance will be required for this role
