This Secretarial Administration role will see you part of a secretarial and office team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for minute taking, diary management, document management, supporting of event management and liaising with senior external and internal stakeholders.

We are working with a Not for Profit organisation in the energy industry in need of some new additions to their Business Operations Team on a permanent basis.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Secretarial Administrator are:

  • precise minute-taking
  • proof-reading and identifying mistakes in documents
  • take responsibility for managing meeting cycles
  • scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up on actions
  • Collation and quality checking of meeting materials

Profile

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be efficient and accurate in your minute taking
  • Have excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively
  • Have proven longevity in prior positions (stayed in a role for at least 2+ years)
  • Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally
