We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in creating exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in culinary arts and hospitality, with a flair for creating delicious dishes and leading kitchen operations. Contracted hours 39 includes every other weekend off.
Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standard recipes
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed with the Restaurant Manager
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Create innovative menus and specials to delight customers
- Oversee kitchen operations during service hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar setting
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Qualifications in Culinary Arts or Hospitality are desirable
