Marketing Manager

We are recruiting for a well-established organisation focussed on delivering top class training and education courses, based in the heart of the Hemel Hempstead area, now recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their close-knit team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone who is confident in making decisions, someone who can build strong relationships and supervise a small team of 2. From liaising with stakeholders and managing events to pushing campaigns and helping to promote the brand you will certainly have your hands full!

The right candidate will have a strong background within Marketing, if you have experience managing stakeholders, assisting with copy writing/proof reading, managing events then please do get in touch! We would also consider a Marketing Executive, someone who wants a challenge and wants to grow.

This role is on a permanent basis, it is fully-office based and does involve some travel abroad/within the UK once or twice a year. The company offer 24 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays), free parking on site and opportunity to make the role your own!

The company operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an early finish on a Friday. The position is paying between £30K to £40K depending on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing, PR and Partnerships.
  • Marketing Policy implementation & review including analysis of marketing trends with any required reporting.
  • Managing campaigns and promoting brands.
  • Assisting with the website development, CRM and related systems.
  • Event management - full process (project management, budget, publications, coordination, promotional items).
  • Oversight of content calendar.
  • Supervising a team of two - Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive.
  • Building relationships with PR agencies, Event companies, Website agencies and more.

Candidate Skills

  • Marketing Degree.
  • Previous experience within a Marketing Management/Executive role.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail.
  • Proficient with range of marketing tools / systems / Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to think "out of the box" within limited marketing budget.
