My client is a long established Legal 500 law firm with a number of offices operating in the South West of England.
They are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join the team at one of their Wiltshire located offices on a full-time basis.
You will need to have excellent knowledge of, and experience in, leasehold and freehold purchases/sales, re-mortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in leasehold enfranchisement, shared ownership, right to buy, easements and the Building Safety Act, however training can be provided on these subject areas.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for competently dealing with a variety of matters from instruction through to completion with limited supervision. You will also be required to liaise and build relationships with both clients and referrers.
Other elements of the role involve partaking in business development activities and assisting with the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
They're looking for a lawyer who has on-the-job experience of conveyancing transactions and running files, along with excellent client care and communication skills. They want an individual who prides themselves on giving a high-quality service to their clients.
You will also have strong attention to detail and be able to manage your workload.
